Air memang penting untuk tubuh badan kita..bukan saja dahaga..Air nih banyak manafaatnya pada tubuh kita..so saya baru terbaca satu tips mengenai "AIR" yang boleh kita kongsi sesama..jom kita terjah..

Tips Terbaik Minum Air
  • Minum Selepas Bangun Tidur
          Minum 2 gelas air selepas saja bangun dari tidur dapat mengaktifkan dan 
          mencergaskan organ dalaman.
  • Minum 30 minit sebelum makan
          Minum 1 gelas air 30 minit sebelum makan dapat membantu pencernaan.
  • Minum sebelum mandi
          Minum 1 gelas air sebelum mandi dapat membantu menurunkan berat badan
  • Minum sebelum masuk tidur

Betul kata orang..kalau kita ambik anak yatim piatu memang besar tanggungjawabnya..huhuhu..kesian tengok Nur Ain tu..dia sedar dia anak angkat..redha dengan apa yang terjadi..

Korang nak tengok..meh layan sesama cerita nih..


Sinopsis Cerita :- Drama ini mengisahkan NUR AIN AFWA merupakan anak yatim piatu yang mendiami sebuah rumah kebajikan. Pasangan suami isteri, Azhar dan Marina telah lama mendirikan rumah tangga tetapi tidak mempunyai anak telah mengambil Nur Ain sebagai anak angkat. Mereka berdua mengamalkan kehidupan budaya barat. Nur Ain merasa tidak selesa apabila tinggal dengan mereka. Walaupun hidupnya bahagia, jauh disudut hati Nur Ain kesunyian kerana dia tidak dibenarkan keluar dan bermain.

Nur Ain selalu inginkan sebuah keluarga yang bahagia dan diberkati Allah, namun usahanya selalu mendapat halangan dan dugaan. 

So meh kita tengok sejauhmana ketabahan Nur Ain dalam menjalani kehidupannya.. saya pun tengah layan balik sebab ari tu tak sempat tengok habih time dia keluar tv..

Hari nih kiranya hari yang best ler..mana taknya hari nih terlampau rajin..walaupun malam tadi tido lambat untuk siapkan kerja-kerja..tapi dengan kederat yang ada berjaya jugak saya menyiapkan menu yang diplankan dari jumaat ari tu..

Ye la..bukan senang cuti-cuti nak duduk rumah..ada je benda nak dibuat..kali nih try jugak habihkan cuti dengan rancangan yang dah lama saya plan..

Nak tau apa benda saya buat..ari nih main kedai-kedai ngan anak-anak n en. suami..masak banyak-banyak benda..macam kedai-kedai ler..kira best sangat...harap nanti ada cuti lagi macam nih boleh luangkan masa ngan family..:)

Wah..bukan main bunyi bunga api nun..sampai ke rumah dengornya..apa-apa pun dah lama tak update blog nih..hari nih sambil layan movie sambil buat kerja...
